Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the National Credit Act, 2005 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.

Vehicle information and pricing

We work hard to keep vehicle listings accurate, but specifications, equipment, mileage, colours, photographs and prices are provided for general information and may contain errors or change without notice. Photos may show optional equipment. Please confirm all details, including the vehicle’s condition and history, with our sales team and inspect the vehicle before you buy. If a price or detail is shown in error, we are not obliged to sell at that price, and we will tell you before any agreement is concluded.

Availability

All vehicles are offered subject to prior sale. A listing on this website is an invitation to contact us, not an offer that can be accepted online. A sale is only concluded when a written agreement is signed by you and Driving Force.

Finance estimates and applications

Payment calculators give illustrative estimates only. They exclude fees, insurance and balloon payments unless stated and are not a quotation, offer or approval of credit. Submitting a finance application does not guarantee approval. Credit is provided by registered credit providers, subject to their own assessment and the National Credit Act.

When you send an enquiry by email, WhatsApp or phone, please give accurate information. We will use it as described in our Privacy policy.

Using this website

The Driving Force name and logo, and the content of this website, belong to Driving Force or its licensors. Vehicle makers’ names and logos belong to their owners.
